Introduction:
With the increasing popularity of yoga as a means of physical fitness, mental well-being, and spiritual growth, various styles and practices have emerged to suit different needs. Ashtanga yoga is one such approach that has gained significant attention for its unique characteristics and potential benefits. This study aims to explore the efficacy of Ashtanga yoga as a holistic practice, focusing on its impact on physical fitness, mental health, and stress reduction.

Further research is warranted to explore the long-term effects and potential applications of Ashtanga yoga in different populations and settings.
